2 / Sign Contract & Pay Invoice
I'll email you a contract and invoice. Please complete promptly so that there are no delays in services.
3 / Complete Family Questionnaire
I'll email you a family questionnaire which is what I'll use to create your customized sleep plan.
4 / Sleep Plan Review
I'll email you your customized plan within 24-hours of receiving your family questionnaire. You will go to my contact page and book a "Sleep Plan Review" call. We will discuss your plan in detail and I'll answer any questions for you before you implement the plan.
5 / Implement the Plan
I'll be available to you via text 24-hours a day for the duration of your chosen package. A two-week package comes with 1 phone call to be used at any time within the two-weeks. A three-week package comes with 2 phone calls to be used at any time within the three-weeks. All calls can be scheduled via my contact page.
